Az ingatlan leírása
Building land of 4834 m2 located in the eastern part of the city of Split The rectangular land with all the necessary infrastructure is located in the construction area in the D-zone. D zone is a public (social) purpose for administrative, social, health, educational and religious institutions. The land has won first prize in a public architectural tender, which has the force of a location permit. The project is conceived as a retirement home with medical facilities. Road, service access is on the north side, car entrance to the garage on the southeast side, pedestrian main entrance is on the south side of the building and is divided into two separate entrances, one for a polyclinic and others for a retirement home. A visual and communicative connection between the interior and the exterior on the plot was achieved. The basement is designed as a polyclinic, ground floor for common areas, the first two floors for tenants, the second two floors for tenants with intensive care needs. The service area and the garage are simply organized and allow great space utilization so that on two floors we get 114 PM. The implementation of a controlled bus system of the so-called smart home is planned, which enables control of all systems from cooling, heating, lighting, communication, etc. The transformer station is located on the east side of the plot in a separate object. The load-bearing structure is adapted to the necessary grid for the organization of the garage. AB Pillars are in a grid of 750×750 cm and solve the construction to the residential floors where the construction is performed through load-bearing walls. AB cores contain staircases, ventilation shafts and elevators. Ceiling panels AB construction. Close to all necessary living facilities, 4km away from the center of Split, while 8 minutes drive from the beautiful pebble beaches of Split. BROKER REFERENCE ID:5073/30Térkép
